Salted Caramel Macadamia Nut Cookies


  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated Swerve
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 packages of BETTER//BROTH® Salted Caramel
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup of macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped


  1. In a medium mixing bowl, cream together butter and sweetener.
  2. Mix in egg and vanilla
  3. Add in almond flour, coconut flour, BETTER//BROTH® Salted Caramel, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Mix until dough forms.
  5. Stir in macadamia nuts.
  6. Spoon desired cookie sized-ball onto parchment paper-lined baking pan.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes, until edges are browned.
  8. Cool for 5-10 minutes.
  9. Store covered, in the refrigerator.
