It’s National Pi Day (3.14)!

To celebrate, we’ve whipped up a Swiss Cacao KETO//OS® MAX Pie that will leave you satisfied and fueled up! Check it out and share your foodie photos with us @justpruvit #PruvitEats!

Crust

1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup xylitol
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons grass-fed butter
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla

1. Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl.

2. Add butter, egg, and vanilla. Mix on medium speed until ball forms.

3. Press into generously buttered 8-inch pie pan.

4. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes until bottom of crust is golden brown.

 

Filling:

1 pack Swiss Cacao KETO//OS® MAX
16 oz. cream cheese
4 tablespoon sour cream
4 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
3 tablespoons stevia
3 tablespoons powdered cocoa

1. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix on medium speed until thick.

2. Add whipped cream and mix on low until blended.

3. Place in cooled pie crust and refrigerate.

 

Whipped Cream:

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. of stevia
1 tsp. of vanilla
Mix on high speed until thick
