Strawberry Celebration

Spring is Officially here!

March 21st is Strawberry Day, and we want to celebrate by helping you Spring into Ketosis with these fresh and fabulous KETO//KREME® Cheese Stuffed Strawberries!

KETO//KREME® Cheese Stuffed Strawberries

1 pint of fresh medium sized strawberries
8 oz. Cream cheese
1 pack KETO//KREME®
1 teaspoon xylitol
1/2 tsp. vanilla

  1. Wash strawberries, cut off stems and hollow out center.
  2. Cut bottom tip evenly off strawberry (this will allow strawberry to sit upright).
  3. Mix cream cheese and KETO//KREME® in a blender until well blended.
  4. Add xylitol and vanilla.
  5. Pipe or spoon mixture into strawberries.
  6. Chill. (You and the Strawberries).

Store in refrigerator.
