Tailgate Treats: Day 3

The perfect size for your hand, can act as a snack AND dessert, and fills your house with the heavenly aroma sweet & cinnamon, we’re always willing to make a batch to share! Snickerdoodles

2 cups almond flour
2 eggs
½ cup butter, softened
½ cup Erythritol sugar
1 package KETO//KREME®
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt

Coating

3 Tablespoons Erythritol sweetener
2 Tablespoons cinnamon

 

  1. In mixing bowl, beat together butter and sweetener until creamy.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
  3. In separate bowl, combine flour, KETO//KREME®, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
  4. Gradually add flour mixture until dough forms.
  5. Form dough into 1” balls and roll in sweetened cinnamon mixture.
  6. Place balls on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press to flatten.
  7. Bake at 350 for about 12-14 minutes, or until brown around the edges.
