Swiss Cacao Mousse

Swiss Cacao Mousse is dreamy …. light and fluffy and a touch of sweet! Packed full of fat and Pure Therapeutic Ketones®, this is sure to be your new favorite snack!

 

Swiss Cacao Mousse

Ingredients:

1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
1 tbsp xylitol
1 tbsp coco powder
1 packet KETO//OS® Max Swiss Cacao
1 cup heavy whipping cream

 

Instructions:

1. Heat up coconut milk, xylitol, and coco powder until it just begins to simmer.
2. Remove from heat and add KETO//OS® Max Swiss Cacao.
3. Combine well and allow to cool completely.
4. Whip heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
5. Fold in the cooled chocolate mixture.
6. Transfer to a serving glass and chill.
Optional: Top with whipped cream and fresh berries.
