Pumpkin Spice Fat Bomb
Makes 12 servings. Per serving: 7.2g Fat, 0.8g Protein, 1.3g Net Carbs
Ingredients
- 4oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c pureed pumpkin
- 2 tbsp of swerving
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 packet KETO//KREME® Pumpkin Spice
OR - 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Spoon mixture onto parchment paper-lined muffin tin or baking sheet
- Freeze until set, about 20 minutes.
- Store in the freezer.
