Not Your Basic Fat Bomb

We’re full-fledged OBSESSED with Autumn at Prüvit HQ. So, we created the BEST of both worlds: Pumpkin. Spice. Fat Bombs. Be still my beating heart!

 

 

Pumpkin Spice Fat Bomb

Makes 12 servings. Per serving: 7.2g Fat, 0.8g Protein, 1.3g Net Carbs

Ingredients

  • 4oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c pureed pumpkin
  • 2 tbsp of swerving
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 packet KETO//KREME® Pumpkin Spice
    OR
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
  2. Spoon mixture onto parchment paper-lined muffin tin or baking sheet
  3. Freeze until set, about 20 minutes.
  4. Store in the freezer.
