Prüvit’s MCT//143™️ Keto Chili
Makes about 10 servings, each 3/4 cup serving contains: 335 Calories, 23g Fat, 7g Carbs, and 23g Protein
1 lb. 80/20 grass fed ground beef
1 lb. Italian sausage
4 cloves of minced garlic
1/2 cup diced onion (can substitute 4 Tbsp. of dried onion flakes)
4 cups of organic beef broth
24 oz. can of crushed tomatoes
3 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. Himalayan pink salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 packet of MCT//143™️
Brown the beef, diced onion, and minced garlic (do not drain)
In separate pan brown Italian sausage (do not drain)
Combine cooked meats
Add broth, crushed tomatoes, tomatoes paste, and seasonings.
Bring to a boil then let simmer on low heat for 1-2 hours.
After simmering, add MCT//143™️ and serve
Optional: make it your own and top with jalapeño peppers, shredded cheeses, sour cream, or avocado.
