We love chili, and what better way to showcase our powerful MCT//143™️ than to share our tasty Keto Chili recipe! Incorporating MCT//143™️ into your favorite dishes is easier than you think and adds so many health benefits.

Prüvit’s MCT//143™️ Keto Chili

Makes about 10 servings, each 3/4 cup serving contains: 335 Calories, 23g Fat, 7g Carbs, and 23g Protein

Ingredients:

1 lb. 80/20 grass fed ground beef 

1 lb. Italian sausage

4 cloves of minced garlic

1/2 cup diced onion (can substitute 4 Tbsp. of dried onion flakes)

4 cups of organic beef broth

24 oz. can of crushed tomatoes 

3 Tbsp. tomato paste

1 Tbsp.  chili powder

1/2 tsp. ground cumin

1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. onion powder

1  tsp.  Himalayan pink salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

1 packet of MCT//143™️ 

 

Directions:
  1. Brown the beef, diced onion, and minced garlic (do not drain)
  2. In separate pan brown Italian sausage (do not drain)
  3. Combine cooked meats
  4. Add broth, crushed tomatoes, tomatoes paste, and seasonings. 
  5. Bring to a boil then let simmer on low heat for 1-2 hours. 
  6. After simmering, add MCT//143™️ and serve

Optional: make it your own and top with jalapeño peppers, shredded cheeses, sour cream, or avocado. 

 

Fun fact to note about MCT//143™️ 

MCT//143™️ is a great addition to this chili, and any dish for that matter, because of its health benefits! We know MCT//143™️ is a low-heat oil, so please only add to the chili (or any other dish you may prepare) after the high heat cooking process is over. Add the MCT//143™️ as the dish is cooling down. We want to keep the oil in optimal state so you can get the maximum benefits. and heating it too high can compromise the integrity of the MCT and coconut oil.
