Self Imprüvment Month: #1 Career Wellness

This month is ALL about self imprüvment, and just like KETO//OS® NAT™ flavors – there are MANY ways to imprüv ourselves! This week, we’re focusing on imprüvment through career wellness. For the majority of us, we spend more time at work than we do with our families. And if we’re spending 40+ hours a week devoted to work, it should bring wellness to our lives! Finding ways to enhance the work you do, the environment you work in, and everything in between will not only imprüv the satisfaction you find in work, but make you shine bright like a diamond!

Our Top 5 Hacks for Imprüving Career Wellness:

Write out your goals and create a plan to reach them. Get to work on that plan! When you have a plan, you have a purpose. Be committed to bettering yourself and your career environment.

Find the benefits and positives in your current job. Seek, and you will find… Right? It’s easy to find the negativity when you’re looking for it; be the one who finds the gold. The power of practicing gratitude can shift your perspective. The more you seek, the more you will find!

Create connections with your co-workers. This is your second family, show some love and enjoy those you are around.

Find a work/life balance. Make the most of the hours you are at work, so you can be fully present when you are at home. Setting boundaries is not only HEALTHY, but it’s crucial for you to find the sweet spot of balance!

Do the job well. Not for your boss, but for yourself. Presenting your best work shows you have pride and care about the work.

It’s not how good you are, it’s how good you want to be.

  2. Wendy Estelle says:

Love this list! You know it’s funny, as much as I love to write I’ve never gotten serious about getting my goals down on paper. Not sure why that is other than maybe I thought if it wasn’t in black and white and official, I wouldn’t feel like a failure if I didn’t follow through. Now the thought of goal setting and reverse engineering a plan to reach them excites the heck out me! Thanks guys!!
