Tailgate Treats: Day 2

Avocado Deviled Eggs… they sound good but taste even BETTER! These are a great way to use all those eggs and avocados you stocked up on at your last Trader Joes run. Getting your mind AND body in the right state to tackle this 60-hr Reboot is the key to SMASHING it!

Avocado Deviled Eggs


  • 6 eggs, hardboiled
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp of MCT//143®
  • 2 tsp. mayo
  • 1 tbsp. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper
  • 2 slices of bacon, cooked & crumbled


  1. Slice eggs lengthwise, remove yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Cut avocado lengthwise, remove seed, and scoop out flesh.
  3. Mash avocado and egg yolks together.
  4. Mix together MCT//143®, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, salt, and pepper. Combine with avocado/egg mash
  5. Pipe or spoon mixture into egg white.
  6. Top with bacon crumbles
  7. Gaze at your work of culinary art and ENJOY!
