    I am lactose intolerant. I saw that keto/os has around 3gm of milk. I placed my order before I knew it had milk in it. Is it ok for me to drink it.

    I have been on the Keto Diet for about 2-3 months now. From what I understand, these help put you back into ketosis or help keep you on ketosis. Every now and then, I I feel a little sluggish or we go out to eat at work, which will involve a lot more carbs than I normally take in each day. While on the Keto Diet & fasting, is it recommended to take this everyday or is that overkill? Or will I get benefits from taking it only when I “cheat” on my diet or when I feel I need extra energy, like once a week or so? Is there any downside to not taking it each day?
